Rudolf Kaml GmbH strives to make its websites www.hotel-waidmannsheil.at accessible in accordance with the Federal Act on the Accessible Design of Websites and Mobile Applications of the Federal Government (Web Accessibility Act – WZG) BGBl. I No. 59/2019 as amended, and the Federal Disability Equality Act (BGStG).

Non-compliance with accessibility requirements

• Texts and comprehensibility: We strive to write our texts with minimal abbreviations and foreign words, avoiding overly complex sentence structures. If a text is unclear, we welcome feedback.
• Contrast issues: Some isolated contrast problems may occur, mainly with cookie banners overlaying existing content and third-party content.
• Multimedia content: Not all videos have subtitles or audio descriptions.
• PDF documents: Older PDF files may not be fully accessible.

Disproportionate burden

• Third-party content: Our website makes use of external services and content (e.g., online booking systems). We cannot guarantee their full compliance with accessibility requirements as they are outside our control.
• Legacy content: A full retroactive adjustment of all existing content, particularly older PDFs and multimedia content, would represent a disproportionate burden.
